13th International Beetle Meeting in Czech Republic (spring event)

In agreement with the staff of the New Beetle Club Italia, I would like to invite you to annual Beetle/New Beetle meeting in Czech Republic, which is being organized by our national club. It takes place on 9th May in a small town Slavkov u Brna, which is famous especially due to the battle of 1805. Well, the official invitation and preliminary event agenda is below:
We invite you to the 13th International meeting of VW New Beetle and Beetle cars.
This year´s meeting will take place in Slavkov u Brna. This city is located in Jihomoravský kraj, 20 km east from Brno. Slavkov is well known especially for "The battle of three emperors" in 1805- battlefield is sited few kilometers west from Slavkov.
Date: 9. – 10. 5.2015
Place of meeting (saturday 9.5.): parking lot of AUTO-BAYER, autosalon VW, Slavkov u Brna

Time : from 9:00am to 10:30am (meeting, registration)
Expected schedule of the event:
09:00 - 10:30 - arrival of the participants at the parking space in front of VW showroom in town of Slavkov u Brna.
10:30 - 12:30 - short transfer (about 2km) to the downtown of Slavkov u Brna with the possibility to visit the famous castle, its beautiful gardens and selection of the temporary exhibitions in its premises (LEGO bricks, history of Apple computers, exhibition of dogs and also the rooms of castle itself).
12:30 - 13:00 - scenic journey through the neighbouring area (approx 20km) towards small town of Rousinov, where common photo of all participants should be made at statue of liberty; then, we'll continue to the village of Nemojany where our lunch is organized.
13:00 - 15:00 lunch organized in the old mill in village Nemojany, where also some of the participants have the accomodation (and the evening party is taking place there as well).
16:00 - 17:00 short transfer (around 20km) to the museum of agricultural machinery and its visit.
17:30 - 18:00 shopping break in the supermarket nearby (town Vyskov).
18:30 - return to the hotel in village Nemojany, where we previously had lunch, evening party around the campfire, barbecue, etc...
The participation at the event is generally free of charge and all the attendee are responsible for covering the necessary expenses (e.g. lunch, dinner, entry to the museum...) on their own. If somebody would be interested and needs some help with registration then, please, let me know.

In accordo con lo staff della New Beetle Club Italia, vorrei invitarvi a Raduno annuale “Beetle / New Beetle” in Repubblica Ceca, che viene organizzato dal nostro club nazionale. Si svolge il 9 maggio in una cittadina Slavkov u Brna, che è famosa soprattutto per la battaglia di 1805. Ebbene, l'invito e programma preliminare evento ufficiale è di seguito:

Il Raduno si svolgerà a Slavkov u Brna. Questa città si trova a Jihomoravský kraj, a 20 km ad est di Brno. Slavkov è ben noto soprattutto per "La battaglia di tre imperatori" in 1805- il campo di battaglia è situato a pochi chilometri a ovest di Slavkov.

Orari previsti della manifestazione:
9:00-10:30 - arrivo dei partecipanti presso il parcheggio di fronte alla concessionaria VW nella città di Slavkov u Brna.
10:30-12:30 - breve trasferimento (circa 2 km) fino al centro di Slavkov u Brna, con la possibilità di visitare il famoso castello, i suoi bellissimi giardini e una selezione di mostre temporanee nel locali (Il mattoncino “LEGO”, storia del computer “Apple”, mostra di cani e visite alle sale del castello stesso).
12:30-13:00 – Trasferimento attraverso la zona limitrofa (circa 20 km) verso cittadina di Rousinov, dove tutti i partecipanti dovrebbe fotografare la statua della libertà; continueremo verso il villaggio di Nemojany dove è organizzato il pranzo.
13:00-15:00 pranzo organizzato nel vecchio mulino nel villaggio Nemojany, dove anche alcuni dei partecipanti saranno sistemati (anche la cena si tiene in questo locale).
16:00-17:00 breve trasferimento (circa 20 km) per visitare il museo delle macchine agricole.
17:30-18:00 pausa “Shopping” nel supermercato vicino (città Vyskov).
18:30 - rientro in hotel nel villaggio Nemojany, dove abbiamo già pranzato, notte di festa intorno al fuoco, barbecue, ecc ...
La partecipazione all'evento è generalmente gratuita e tutti i partecipanti sono responsabili per la copertura delle spese necessarie (ad esempio, pranzo, cena, ingresso al museo ...) per conto proprio. Se qualcuno fosse interessato e ha bisogno di aiuto con la registrazione, mi può contattare..

As far as I know we should have also some other foreign participants from Poland and Slovakia. Besides that we're looking forward to meeting again our club member Udo Seitz from Switzerland with his wife (they're living alternately in Switzerland and in Czech Republic). If some other members of New Beetle Club Italia would like to come I'll be more than happy to assist them with all necessary things.
